The Research Translation Core of the Duke Superfund Basic Research Program welcomes you to the Research Translation bibliography. This searchable annotated bibliography has been compiled as a resource for all of the SBRP Research Translation Cores, and to help foster discussion about best practices for research translation.
The bibliography is comprised of roughly 150 peer-reviewed articles gleaned from many different reference databases. Obviously there are many more articles on this topic than are provided here. The selected articles represent a cross-section of different aspects of research translation, and should serve as a good starting point. If there is a "must-read" paper that you don't see listed here, contact us! We will add it to the database.
To use the bibliography, navigate to the search page using the search tab. You may search by journal name or author if you are looking for something specific. Within the abstract and title options, you may search by keywords that appear in either the title or abstract.
The keyword search option groups articles under general headings and will return more abstracts for you to browse through. A dropdown menu will give you the following headings to choose from:

- Risk communication/Risk perception
Regardless of which search option you select, the search will return the journal information and an abstract. Clicking on the article title will bring you to a copy of the paper, if your organization has access to that particular journal.
